Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will incur no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours or more before the appointment will result in a $20 charge. Customers that are unavailable or unreachable at the time of the appointment after 15 min will forfeit their appointment and may be charged the cancellation fee. This is to cover the cost of rerouting our technicians.

Please note that all services rendered on vehicles are non-refundable once the work has been completed. This policy is in place because the time, labor, and materials involved in vehicle services cannot be recovered once the service is performed.
